UX & DesignOps Lead with 19+ years of experience, from web design in 2007 to leading UX for enterprise and government platforms. I lead a multidisciplinary design team, architect and govern design systems, and give design direction across internal and external teams. I often come in early, meeting with stakeholders and business teams to shape a service idea before its requirements are settled, and stay with it through to final design.

I also build what I design: I write the HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript behind the components I specify, so the bridge between design and engineering is part of my daily work, not a handoff.
